You have been selected by a student who is applying to join UP RVA’s Middle School Program. UP RVA is an 11-year program that begins in the 6th grade and supports students all the way through college graduation. We partner with three independent schools in Richmond, and at this stage, the student is applying to become a part of UP RVA.

If admitted, the offer of acceptance into UP RVA is provisional, as students must also apply to and be admitted by one of our independent school partners.

Your candid assessment of this student is an important part of our admission decision, and your insights will remain confidential. Thank you for your thoughtful consideration and comments. Please submit this form by November 21, 2025. If the student is accepted into UP RVA, you may be asked to submit an additional evaluation directly to the independent school when they apply at a later date. If you have any questions, please contact us at admissions@uprva.org.
